We realise that it is not always possible for you to be at home when we call, in which case we will leave a mini-invoice detailing the clean, and a prepaid and addressed envelope for you to post payment back to us.

What if I'm not able to pay via any of these methods or I need to enquire about methods of payment? We are here to help - please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE:

We request that payments are made within 14 days of each window clean. Unless there is a prior agreement we regret that after 2 unpaid cleans we will be forced to stop cleaning until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to vary these terms.
