Why do we use the water fed pole system?

How does the Water-Fed Pole System work?
As you are probably aware, ordinary tap water contains minerals. When tap water is sprayed on to a window from a hose pipe, spots or residue are left on the window after the water has evaporated - the minerals left behind as solids.
To leave your windows spotless we completely purify the water. This process is done using a reverse osmosis and de-ionization process and is stored in a tank in our vehicle ready for use. The pure water is then pumped through our hoses then up to the window via a specialist pole and brush. The dirt on the window frames, the glass and the sills are gently brushed away, the water actually attracting the dirt to it. The windows, sills and frames are then thoroughly rinsed with the purified water, and then left to dry, spotlessly. Detergent although used for cleaning does attract dirt as an invisible residue is left on the cleaned surface, but because no detergent is used with pure water cleaning your windows usually stay cleaner for longer.
